Cryotherapy
Whole-body cryotherapy exposes your body to extremely cold, dry air for about 3 minutes. You stay dry and can get right back to your day.
What clients use it for: feeling less sore after hard training or competition, a quick energy and mood lift, and recovery that fits a busy schedule. Research on whole-body cryotherapy is still developing. The strongest evidence supports short-term relief of muscle soreness.
What to expect:
Clothing: Most clients wear shorts. Women wear shorts and a sports bra. We provide slippers and gloves to protect your hands and feet from the cold.
Jewelry and metal: Please remove all jewelry and metal before your session.
Skin: Go light on makeup and skip moisturizer on areas that will be exposed. Make sure your skin is completely dry.
Hair: If you have long hair, tie it back.
Check with your doctor before cryotherapy if you are pregnant or have uncontrolled high blood pressure, a heart condition, Raynaud’s, a cold allergy, circulation problems or a history of blood clots, or a seizure disorder. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent.

Infrared Sauna
Infrared heat warms your body directly, so the room stays more comfortable than a traditional sauna while you still get a deep, relaxing sweat.
What clients use it for: relaxation and stress relief, easing muscle tightness and soreness, warming up before mobility or stretching work, and a quiet reset at the end of the day.
Bring water and plan to hydrate before and after your session.
Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or blood pressure concerns, or take medications that affect heat tolerance. Please skip the sauna after drinking alcohol.

Normatec Recovery
Normatec boots use air pressure that moves in waves along your legs, with attachments for hips and arms too. It feels like a deep, rhythmic squeeze, and you can sit back and relax the whole time.
What clients use it for: legs that feel heavy or tired after training, games or long shifts on your feet, recovery between tournament games or two-a-days, and less soreness and fatigue.
Check with your doctor first if you have a known or suspected blood clot (DVT), congestive heart failure or severe circulation problems, or an acute fracture, open wound or skin infection in the area being treated.
